1. License

When you purchase a template from HTML Template Store, you receive a commercial license that allows you to:

• Use the template for unlimited client projects
• Modify the template code freely
• Build and sell websites for clients using the template

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the original template files
• Claim the template design as your own original work
• Sub-license the template files to others

2. Delivery

Templates are delivered as instant ZIP downloads upon payment confirmation. Download links are valid for 1 year and available in your account.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, we offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the template has a technical defect we cannot resolve. Contact support@html-template.org with your order number.

4. Support

Each template comes with lifetime updates. For questions, email support@html-template.org. Response within 24 hours.

5. Limitation of Liability

Templates are provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from template use.
